Fidelity Investments, Westlake, TX
In the late 1980s, Fidelity opened its Southwest headquarters in DFW. We had the privilege of collaborating with them as they relocated hundreds of IT jobs to Irving. We established a partnership, and since then, Performance Recruiters LLC has successfully filled over 200 IT roles for Fidelity and continue to partner with them on critical roles.

ExxonMobil (XTO Energy), Fort Worth, TX
By the early 2000’s, XTO Energy became one of the largest employers in Fort Worth, with over 3,300 employees. We were proud to be selected as a preferred vendor during this time. After ExxonMobil acquired XTO Energy in 2010, they undertook a major overhaul of the existing network, replacing all connected devices. Due to our strong track record, ExxonMobil engaged us, along with several other vendors, to provide contractors for the project. Within months, we supplied over 60 resources, many of whom remained on the project for its seven-year duration. Most of these contractors were eventually converted to full-time roles. Many of our converted contractors advanced in their careers and became part of IT leadership.

Pioneer Natural Resources, Irving, TX
Pioneer relocated its corporate headquarters from Midland, TX, to Irving, TX, with plans to establish a new and expanded IT organization. Ron connected with the CIO, Tom Halbouty and traveled to Midland to meet with him. He initially filled three director positions and numerous technical roles. By the time of ExxonMobil’s acquisition of Pioneer in 2024, Ron had successfully completed over 40 searches for the company.

When Ross Perot sold EDS, he founded Perot Systems, rapidly establishing the company as a leader in IT services and outsourcing. One of its major clients, NationsBank, needed to merge its IT systems and required additional resources quickly.
