Services We Provide

Retained Search

This type of search is typically used for executive or specialized roles and involves a more in-depth, proactive approach to sourcing top talent, often including confidential searches for positions that aren’t publicly advertised. An engagement fee is required to initiate the search.

Contingency Search

Our contingency search is a recruitment process where we partner with a company to find candidates, but I only get paid if a hire is made. The fee is typically a percentage of the candidate’s first-year salary. This type of search is often used for non-executive or less specialized roles and tends to be more reactive, focusing on readily available candidates.

IT Contract Services
Our contract services involve providing skilled temporary workers for specific roles or projects. Our clients use contract staff to meet short-term needs, such as completing project initiatives, or providing specialized skills. We also offer the option for contractors to be converted to full-time roles if the fit is right.
